Road to BRIGADE pt. 2
The most important part of every comics page starts with the layouts. For me, that’s where the energy and excitement of the page is created. Picking the right shot, angle and gestures is part of solving the puzzle that makes the page sing. Below you’ll find a few pages from Brigade in their roughest form. From this point on, the trick is in successfully transmitting that energy found in the layouts throughout the entire production process.
I’ll post more layout’s, pencils, inks and colors in part 3. Very much looking to share the entire package when its completed!
